The Lady Tigers garnered the program's first MEAC win over NCAT earlier this season, beating the Aggies 59-56 in North Carolina. NCAT takes a 9-2 series advantage with Saturday's win. They improve to 12-10 on the season and 5-4 in the MEAC.

Senior Jasmine Norman came off the bench to lead SSU in the scoring, with 14 points on the night. She shot 62.5 percent from the field, and 80 percent from the free-throw line. Kalu finished with 10 points. It was her lowest scoring game this season.
