NOTES:
> Savannah State enters Monday's road game with N.C. Central on a two-game winning streak after defeating N.C. A&T State on Saturday, which garnered them their first Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) win of the season.
> Monday's game is the 16th between the programs. SSU leads the series 8-7 after defeating the Lady Eagles, 74-50, in their last meeting on March 3, 2014.
> The Lady Tigers are 1-1 in MEAC play after the win on Saturday. They fell to Bethune-Cookman in their first conference game back in Dec. The Lady Eagles come into the game after earning their first MEAC win as well on Saturday, beating S.C. State in overtime.
> The Lady Tigers are led by redshirt senior and MEAC Preseason Player of the Year Ezinne Kalu. The Newark, NJ native is averaging 17.3 points a game and has put up double-digits in 12 games this season. She missed two games due to a slight concussion. Kalu also leads the team in assists with 44, and the MEAC in steals (2.8 avg.)
