GAME NOTES:
Savannah State looks to continue their dominance in Tiger Arena on Thursday when they face the second of four SEC opponents this year.

The Lady Tigers have a 12-2 record in Tiger Arena dating back to the beginning of 2013-14 season. They are 2-0 at home this season.

Thursday's game will be the fourth time the two programs have met. The Gators have a 2-1 advantage in the series with wins in 2008 (76-55) and 2012 (88-38). The Lady Tigers beat Florida in 1976, 90-62.

In their last outing, SSU squeezed out an 83-80 win over Troy in Alabama. The Lady Tigers beat Alabama State 71-62 in their last home game.

Redshirt senior Ezinne Kalu leads the Lady Tigers after four games, averaging 20.8 points a game. Sophomore Kenyata Hendrix follows Kalu in the stats, averaging 14.0 points a game. She leads the team in 3-point shooting, going 12-for-35 this season.
