What is an interesting fact about yourself?
 
I am featured in a children's book named "Beautiful Grown Girls," and I auditioned for a movie called "Imagine That," that starred Eddie Murphy.
 
What is your nickname and how did you get it?
 
My nickname is Syd. I got this nickname from my high-school coaches and teammates.
 
What is something small that makes your day better?
 
An act of kindness.
 
Where is the most interesting place you've been?
 
The Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
 
Who inspires you and why?
 
My mom inspires me because she's a strong, hardworking and loving woman who never gives up.
 
If you could make one rule that everyone had to follow, what rule would you make?
 
Treat others the way you would want to be treated.
 
What would be some of the most annoying things about having YOURSELF as a roommate?
 
I am always on FaceTime with my friends, no matter what time of day.
 
Best advice anyone ever gave you?

"This too shall pass."
 
What is your 2020 goal?
 
I want to become more disciplined.
 
Why did you choose Savannah State?
 
Why not? Savannah State has a beautiful campus! If anything, I have been led here by a greater power with a greater purpose.
