SAVANNAH, Ga.  – The Savannah State University women's volleyball team (1-13, 0-1 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) continues MEAC play with two home matches in Tiger Arena this weekend.  The Lady Tigers face N.C. Central (3-11, 1-1 MEAC) on Friday at 6 p.m. and N.C. A&T (6-9, 1-1 MEAC) Sunday at 2 p.m. 
 
The Lady Tigers are led by sophomore middle Tyran Chenault with 1.72 kills per set and 79 total kills. Freshman setter Ashley Jordan leads the Lady Tigers with 3.68 assists per set and sophomore libero Leiri Melendez with 3.50 digs per set. 
 
This is the first meeting of two meeting between the Lady Tigers and the Lady Eagles and Lady Aggies..
