Game Notes:
· SSU and N.C. Central will meet for the 19th time. N.C. Central swept the series last season winning in Savannah and Durham.

· The Tigers enter the game with a 5-1 record when playing in Tiger Arena this season. SSU's only home loss this was against Eastern Kentucky  on Dec. 5, 2015.

· The Tigers are currently 1-1 in the MEAC and sit in the 6th place position in the MEAC standings. Hampton holds down the top spot with a 3-0 record, followed by Norfolk State's 2-0 MEAC record.

· Transfers Troyce Manassa, Chris Martin and Lenjo Kilo are the Tigers' leading scorers so far this season. Manassa leads the team averaging 13.2 ppg, Martin is second averaging 12.4 ppg and Kilo rounds out the top three scorers averaging 7.7 ppg. Martin and Kilo are graduate students, while Manassa transferred in as a Junior.
