Tiger Bites
· SSU will meet Delaware State for the second time with DSU leading the series 1-0.  The first time the teams faced each other was last year on Feb. 10.

· SSU is still vying for its first road win of the season. The Tigers are 0-13 overall and 0-4 MEAC when playing on the road so far this season. SSU has yet to play a home MEAC game.

· SSU's winless conference start is the first time the Tigers have started 0-3 in conference play since entering the MEAC in 2011-12.

· The Tigers are currently ranked 304th in the Division I ESPN RPI rankings out of 351 schools. SSU is 8th amongst MEAC institutions with N.C. Central leading at the 96th spot. 

· Defense is the pride of any Horace Broadnax coached team. The Tigers are ranked 1st in the MEAC and 8th nationally in steals averaging 9.5 per game. SSU is also first in the conference and 16th nationally in total steals with 161.
