GAME NOTES:
The Lady Tigers continue the year's toughest road stretch with a visit to the fourth and final Southeastern Conference (SEC) opponent of the year.

This year, the SSU women's basketball team garnered the program's first win over an SEC team with a 68-58 victory over Flor­ida in Tiger Arena on Dec. 4.

SSU enters Wednesday's game off a 111-49 loss to #1 South Carolina this past Sunday.The Lady Tigers managed to score more points on the 9-0 Gamecocks than Clemson, San Diego State and Wisconsin did this year.

SSU is also looking to break a two-game losing streak with the first match up in school history against Auburn. Auburn is one of three opponents this year that SSU will play for the first time. The Lady Tigers are schedule to play Fordham, and Princeton or Hartford for the first time, in the Fordham Holiday Classic after Christ­mas.

Redshirt senior Ezinne Kalu continues to lead the Lady Tigers, averaging 19.3 points an outing. She also leads the team in assists with 25.
