SAVANNAH, Ga.-Savannah State University women's basketball has announced its 2026-27 schedule, which features 22 regular-season contests and 11 games inside Tiger Arena.
 
Savannah State enters the 2026-27 campaign under head coach Phillip Wallace, Jr., who is in his second stint at his alma mater, and will guide a revamped Lady Tiger roster who is ready to once again be amongst the contenders in the SIAC.
 
The Lady Tigers will face a challenging slate that includes SIAC competition throughout the season, along with several non-conference matchups.
 
Savannah State will get its first look at outside competition on Monday, Nov. 9, when the Lady Tigers travel to Statesboro for an exhibition against NCAA Division I opponent Georgia Southern at the Jack and Ruth Ann Hill Convocation Center.
 
The regular season officially tips off at home on Thursday, Nov. 19, when Savannah State welcomes LeMoyne-Owen College to Tiger Arena for a 5:30 p.m. contest. The Lady Tigers remain home two days later to host Lane College on Saturday, Nov. 21 at 1 p.m.

Savannah State will make its first regular-season road trip on Nov. 24, traveling to Sumter, S.C., to face Morris College before returning to Tiger Arena for a Nov. 28 matchup against longtime rival Fort Valley State.

December opens with consecutive SIAC road contests. Savannah State travels to Wilberforce, Ohio, to take on Central State on Dec. 3 before visiting Kentucky State in Frankfort, Ky., on Dec. 5.
 
The Lady Tigers return to Savannah for back-to-back games, hosting Morris College on Dec. 8 and Albany State on Dec. 10. Savannah State closes out the 2026 portion of its schedule with a two-game swing through Alabama, facing Tuskegee on Dec. 17 and Miles College on Dec. 19.

Following the holiday break, Savannah State begins 2027 with four consecutive road games. The Lady Tigers travel to Fort Valley State on Jan. 7 and Clark Atlanta on Jan. 9 before returning to Tiger Arena to host Benedict College on Jan. 13. Savannah State then heads back on the road for three straight, visiting Edward Waters on Jan. 16, Allen University on Jan. 18 and LeMoyne-Owen on Jan. 21. The road swing concludes at Lane College in Jackson, Tenn., on Jan. 23.

Savannah State closes January with a pair of home games against Central State on Jan. 28 and Kentucky State on Jan. 30.
 
February begins on the road with contests at Albany State on Feb. 4 and Spring Hill College in Mobile, Ala., on Feb. 6.

From there, Savannah State will enjoy an important stretch on its home floor to close the regular season.
 
The Lady Tigers host Edward Waters on Feb. 13 and Allen University on Feb. 15 before welcoming Tuskegee on Feb. 18. Savannah State wraps up the regular season against Miles College on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 1 p.m. inside Tiger Arena.

Postseason play begins with the SIAC Basketball Tournament Opening Round on Saturday, Feb. 27, with opening-round contests scheduled to be played on campus sites.
 
Teams advancing from the opening round will head to Morrow, Ga., where the remainder of the SIAC Basketball Tournament will be held March 3-7 at The Arena at Southlake.
