Savannah, GA - Savannah State University, in conjunction with marketing partner Innovation Sports and Entertainment, is proud to announce a university-first local television partnership with WGSA, that will make Savannah State Tigers' basketball games available over the air in Savannah. WGSA, Savannah's CW station, will carry three men's home basketball games and two women's home games, all presented by Coastal Chevrolet.
WGSA will begin their coverage of SSU basketball, presented by Coastal Chevrolet, with the men's game against Florida A&M on January 19 at 6 p.m. WGSA will also carry two women's and men's doubleheaders: the first on Saturday, February 9 versus South Carolina State and the second on Saturday, February 16 against North Carolina Central. On both doubleheader days, the broadcast will begin with the women's game at 4 p.m., followed by the men's game at 6 p.m., or 20 minutes after the conclusion of the women's game.

WGSA can be found on channel 35.1 over the air in Savannah, on channel 13/435 HD on Comcast systems locally, and on 34 on both DirectTV and DISH. ESPNU HD is carried on channel 396 on Comcast Digital cable, channel 208 on Direct TV and 141 on Dish Network.
