ATLANTA, Ga.- The Savannah State women's 4x400m relay team finished second in their event at the Georgia Tech Invitational held May 11-12.
The SSU 4x400m relay team of
Aleah Hordges,
Jazy Seay-Blane,
Chavonta Roberts and
Amara Jones had a time of 3:37.82.
Charmisa Sports won the race with a time of 3:37.35.
Jones placed 4th in the women's 200m race with a time of 23.42 and Kim Wilson was 12th in the triple jump with a leap of 11.90m.
The SSU men finished 4th in the 4x100m relay with a time of 40.10 while the 4x400m relay team was 9th with a run of 3:14.65.
The 4x100m relay team consisted of
Darrius Baker, Chaz Price,
Cameron Hall and Greg Terrell while Price,
Lemaar Shakir, Hall and Baker ran with the 4x400m relay team.
Hall was 14th in the men's 110m hurdles with a time of 14.34.
