GAINESVILLE, Fla.- Justin Taylor won first place in the men's triple jump with a leap of 14.65m to lead the Savannah State men's track team at the Gator Invite held at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.

In the men's 200m race, Darrius Baker was 3rd with a time of 22.26 and Eric Plump was 5th with a run of 22.44.

Chaz Price was 4th in the 400m with a time of 49.58 while Etchein Assinzo was 7th in the 800m with a time of 1:57.49 and Ruben Isreal-McBee was 7th in the 3000m with a run of 8:49.15.

The 4x400m "B" relay team of Felton Chinn, Greg Terrell, Cameron Hall and Kris Ballou placed 5th after being timed at 3:36.44.
