Hilton Head, S.C.—Savannah State University's tennis team fell 0-7 to the Lady Saints of Siena College at the annual Tennis Spring Fest on March 15.

SSU's Sandra Kristjansdottir won three games in set one and two in set two but fell 6-3, 6-2 in her singles match to Carly Holloway.

Danielle Crill defeated Chandel McDonie 6-0, 6-1, and Brittany Filip swept Lauren Daniels 6-0, 6-0, giving the Lady Saints a 3-0 advantage over SSU.

SSU's Shannon Howard fell 6-2, 6-1 to Jessica Asselin followed by Davita Washington losing 6-1, 6-1 to Nicole Ross and Troyana Williams falling 6-0, 6-0 to Elora Benfer.

Siena won the doubles point as Ross and Jasleen Sandhu defeated Kristjandottir and Daniels 8-2, Holloway partnered with Crill swept McDonie and Howard 8-0, and Benfer teamed up with Fliip won 8-0 over Williams and Washington.
