2008:
Babb emerged as the Tiger’s top rusher in 2008, and was the team’s leader in rushing and all purpose yards. The sophomore led SSU with 620 rushing yards and recorded 785 all-purpose yards for the season. Babb carried 10 or more times in eight games, and gained a career high 164 yards vs. Concordia. Babb also gained a career high 114 receiving yards vs. Livingstone.
2007: Babb played in all 10 games for SSU last season. He gained 162 yards in 39 rushing attempts, including two games of 50+ yards. Babb also contributed as a return specialist racking up 363 return yards on the season. He had a career long 84 yard return versus Morehouse. His 544 all purpose yards was highest on the team, and he recorded two 100+ all purpose yard games, 138 versus Fort Valley, and 166 at Morehouse.
