HARDEEVILLE, S.C.- Savannah State traveled across the Talmadge Bridge on Saturday morning to run in the USC Beaufort 18th annual Sand Shark Invitational at Sergeant Jasper Park.
The Tigers finished 12th with 307 points which was two points behind USC Aiken who had 305 points.
Cameron Frails finished the 8k race in 39th place with his run of 27:19.0.
Jaden-Wayne McPherson was 44th with his time of 27:32.9.
Rounding out the SSU runners were
Braylin Grier, Billy Johnson and
Kaden Christy.
Grier was 93rd with a time of 31:07.9, Johnson finished 106 with his run of 34:05.9 and Christy ended up 110 after being timed at 39:26.8.
Savannah State will complete in the SIAC Championship on October 23 in Macon, Georgia.
