SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Savannah State University women's basketball season continues on Thursday at 7 p.m. with the Lady Tigers welcoming the Georgia Southern Eagles to Tiger Arena.
 
Freshman guard Myasia Jones leads the Lady Tigers with 23.5 points per game and averages five rebounds per game, while sophomore guard Heniaya Moton averages 19 points per game.
 
Georgia Southern has started their season winless and is led by Alexis Brown who is averaging 18 points per game.
 
The Lady Tigers into this matchup off of a 101-49 victory over Carver College and a 2-0 star to 2018-19 campaign.
