SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Savannah State University women's basketball team continues the season with Georgia Southern University Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
 
Junior forward Kaylee Allen leads the Lady Tigers with 15.0 points per game and averages 4.4 rebounds per game, while junior guard Donasja Scott averages 7.4 rebounds and 13.0 points.
 
Freshman center Alexxus Sowell leads the team with 9.8 rebounds per game and averages 2.0 points, while freshman guard Heniaya Moton averages 10.6 points and 2.2 rebounds. 
 
Georgia Southern has won the last two games, including a 61-58 win at South Carolina State University and is led by Nakol Franks with 9.0 points per game, Alexis Foulks with 7.8 points per game and Sierra Butler with 6.8 rebounds per game and 7.3 points. 
 
The Lady Tigers take over a week off before starting a three-game stretch against Power Five Conferences starting with Big Ten opponent of University of Wisconsin Sunday, Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. Eastern Time in Madison, Wisc.
