THE GAME:
Savannah State returns home after a three-game road stretch. They went 2-1 against Bethune-Cookman, Florida A&M and Delaware State.

The Lady Tigers face a big challenge against the No. 3 team in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference in N.C. A&T. The Aggies are 8-2 in conference and 18-4 overall. They trail 9-2 Coppin State and 11-0 Hampton. SSU is fourth behind the Aggies in conference standings.

This will be the 8th meeting of the teams in compiled history and the 6^th MEAC match up. The Aggies have a 6-1 overall series advantage.

SSU is 8-1 in Tiger Arena this season. Their only loss came at the hands of No.1 Hampton on January 25. The Lady Tigers currently hold the best Division I home record and MEAC record in the program's history.

SSU's multiple scoring threats included senior's Ezinne Kalu (16.2 avg), and Jasmine Kirkland (9.8 avg), junior Jasmine Norman (8.9 avg), and freshman Tiyonda Davis (6.5 avg.) Davis leads the team in rebounds with 177 (7.4 avg).
