SAVANNAH, Ga.- Savannah State head football coach
Aaron Kelton has announced the Tigers 2025 spring football practice schedule.
Spring practice will began on March 3 with the team practicing in helmets for the first three days. On March 6-7, the team will worked out in helmets and shoulder pads and were in full pads on March 9.
For the second week, the team will be in helmets and shoulder pads on March 10 and in full pads on March 11-12. The team will be in helmets and shoulder pads on March 13 and will be back in full pads on March 14.
The team will finish spring drills by practicing in helmets and shoulder pads on March 25 and 27 and in full pads on March 26 and 28.
All practices, with the exception of March 28, will be held from 6:30 a.m.-8:50 a.m.Â
The March 28 practice will be the annual Orange & Blue Scrimmage and will be held 4 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Savannah State is coming off a 5-5 season in 2024 and will open the 2025 season on August 30 at Theodore A. Wright Stadium against Edward Waters at 6 p.m.
