Savannah, Ga. -- The Savannah State Baseball team returns to Savannah, Ga. for a three-game home stand against the LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds. SSU looks to break their five-game losing skid in this weekends' series.

The Tigers last faced the Blackbirds in 2016 LIU-Brooklyn won that series 2-1.

SSU's offense is led by Kyle Gerdts who is batting .417 with eight starts, 10 hits, three RBI amd three runs scored.
