The Savannah State Tigers will opens its conference season by hosting the Rattlers of Florida A&M in a three-game series at Tiger Field.

SSU is coming off a 10-6 come-from-behind mid-week victory over in-state rival Georgia State. The win snapped a five-game losing streak for the Tigers. SSU is lead by Jonathan Moore with .365 batting average on 19 hits and 11 RBI.
