No stranger to "The Hostess City", Michael Jaudon begins his first season as an Assistant Coach on the Savannah State men's basketball squad.
Jaudon comes to SSU from The Habersham School where he was head coach during the 2024-25 season.
Prior to that, he was a varsity assistant and head junior varsity head coach at Sol C. Johnson High School from 2021-24.
Jaudon got his start in coaching at Jenkins High School in Savannah in 2016.
After three seasons at Jenkins, he made coaching stops at Savannah Christian (2019-20) and Savannah Country Day (2020-21).
The 30-year old Savannah native and 2014 Jenkins grad spent nearly ten years as an assistant coach before landing his first heading coaching job at The Habersham School where in his only season he led the Patriots to the semifinals of the Georgia Association of Private and Parochial School and finished with a 13-9 overall record and a 6-2 mark in I-A Region 4.
During his time as a coach, Jaudon has been a part of four region championships and two final four wins while finishing as state championship runner up twice.
