2011: Stephens played in 76 games in her first year at SSU, leading the teams in digs with 203. She averaged 2.67 digs a set. Stephens was third in service aces (7) and recorded a total of 14 kills, and 9 assists.

2012: In her second season as a Lady Tiger, Stephens led the team in digs (190), and etched her name in the SSU record books on October 26, 2012 with a career high 22 digs against Bethune-Cookman. It was the third highest amount of digs in a four game match in SSU history. Stephens played in 84 games for the Lady Tigers, posted 14 kills on 115 attempts. She also recorded six service aces. 

Personal: Born on December 4, 1990… Parents are Roy Stephens and Carlette Ashley…. Major is behavioral analysis with a minor in psychology… Hobbies include singing, dancing, drawing, and hanging with teammates… Also recruited by Brewton Parker College… High School coach was Dan Melman.
