2007-08 – Smith returns to the lady tigers as the second leading scorer from a year ago. Known as “Smooth” for her deliberate game play and court presence, Smith is expected to be a vocal leader as well as a statistical leader heading into her senior campaign. In 2007-08, Smith recorded two career highs vs. Alabama State, scoring 23 points and adding eight rebounds. She scored in double figures in an additional 13 games on the season. Smith was also one of three players to see action in all 29 games for the lady tigers a year ago.

2006-07 – The Junior Guard was a part of the Lady Tigers much improved season last year. Although limited to 18 games by a knee injury, Smith came on to start in the final seven games for SSU. She scored in double-digits in five of those seven starts. She also recorded a career high 10 assists vs. Allen University leaving her just five rebounds short of a triple-double. Her .77 free throw percentage was second best on the team.

2005-06 – Smith started in 20 of 28 games played as a freshman. She was the Lady Tiger’s third leading scorer averaging 8.0 points per game while converting on 64 of her 220 shots. Smith led the team with 57 assists and minutes played averaging 28.5 per contest. She scored a season-high 14 points on two different occasions, at Bethune-Cookman on January 28 and at Alabama State on February 28.
