Atlanta, GA-Two key contributors to the Savannah State women's volleyball squad's current four game winning streak have been recognized by the SIAC this week. Senior defensive specialist/libero and team co-captain Saniaa Dickey was named the SIAC Defensive Player of the Week, while sophomore setter Amiyah Walker earned SIAC Setter of the Week honors.

Dickey, a Tallahassee, Florida native, finished with 15 digs against Central State at the SIAC West Crossover in Memphis last week. She followed with three digs against Lane and 16 digs against LeMoyne-Owen, helping the Tigers to a 3-0 finish in the at the SIAC Crossover last weekend in Memphis.

The Pleasant Grove, Alabama native in Walker earned her honors this week by posting a combined 113 assists at the Crossover, including 39 assists and four blocks against Central State. She followed with 31 assists and nine digs against Lane and 43 assists, 13 digs, and an ace against LeMoyne-Owen.

Savannah State will return to action with two home East Division matchups this week, starting on Wednesday against Clark Atlanta and Friday vs. Edward Waters. Both matches will start at 6:00pm inside Tiger Arena.
