SAVANNAH, Ga. – Savannah State women's volleyball open Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) action tonight in Tiger Arena against Fort Valley State.

Tonight's game will be streamed live on FloSports.

Both teams enter tonight's match 2-2 on the season. The Lady Tigers' only two losses came from matches against the undefeated College of Coastal Georgia. The Wildcats drop matches to SIAC opponent Albany State and future SIAC school Edward Waters.

The Lady Tigers are led this season by fifth-year senior Jedaiah Daniels who has 26 kills over four matches and 12 sets played with a .404 hitting percentage. Senior Imani Williamson has 16 kills over 9 sets played. True Freshman Kloe Ludy has stepped nicely into her role as Libero this season, leading the team in digs with 43 and only 9 reception errors. Also on defense, Imani Cook leads in blocks with 9.0.

Tonight's match will be the last home game for Savannah State for the next month as they head into a rigorous SIAC road schedule. They return home on October 15 to face Clark Atlanta in Tiger Arena.
