Game Notes: · SSU and S.C. State will meet for the 29th time in the series. SCSU leads the series 18-10; however SSU has won eight of nine the last nine meetings against the Bulldogs. The Tigers are also the last team to beat SCSU in Orangeburg. The Bulldogs have not lost a home game since falling to SSU, 68-57, on February 28, 2015.
· The Tigers are still looking for their first road win of the season. SSU is 0-11 overall and 0-5 against conference opponents on the road.
· SSU's
Lenjo Kilo leads the Tigers with four double-doubles so far this season. Kilo, a graduate transfer student, has had double-doubles in two of the Tigers' last five games. Kilo is coming off a career-high 23 points against Bethune-Cookman.
· With back-to-back wins, SSU has improved to 5-6 in conference play and are tied with N.C. A&T for the 7th place position in the MEAC standings.
