Coach Raeburn on S.C. State….
"I think most people would agree that they have one of the best defenses in the conference. They really do a great job. They are athletic, physical, and have great tacklers. You watch the running back from A&T and he is incredible, but they are the only team that we have seen that has been able to slow him down a little bit. I don't think anyone can stop him, but they had great success against him. I think it is because all eleven guys that they trot out there are good tacklers. They don't miss very many tackles, and it is really evident when you watch them play against a player like the running back from A&T who makes everybody miss seemingly. I have been incredibly impressed with how good they have played on defense; obviously we struggle a little bit upfront so this will be a real challenge for us on Saturday."

Coach Raeburn on Arshon Spaulding….
"Yeah he has played well for us. We had to move him to running back to help us. I think had he had more time at running back , he'd be even better than what he is playing right now. We feel like now that he has some games under his belt, and he is seeing the holes a little bit better. He has a better feel for the run game. He has given us a spark for sure."

The Series: S.C. State leads the series, 17-1.
