This will be the second time that CSU (3-12) and the Lady Tigers (0-15) have faced this season. On Tuesday, Sept. 1, the Bucs won the match 3-0 (25-9, 25-22, 25-7). Junior middle blocker

Caitlynn Masoe led the team in the match with six kills each, while freshman setter
Briana Littlejohn led the team with 10 assists and junior libero
Alexis Washington led the team with 11 digs.
Masoe leads the team on the season with 59 kills, 1.37 kills per set, 130 assists, 3.02 assists per set, and is tied with 10 service aces, 0.23 service ace per set. She also has added 63 digs, 1.47 digs per set, and six total blocks.

Christian Lyle is second on the team with 51 kills, 1.19 kills per set, and leads the team with 13 total blocks, 0.30 blocks per set, while freshman outside hitter
Makayla Tam is third on the team with 49 kills, 1.26 kills per set, and is tied with Masoe with 10 service aces, 0.26 service ace per set. Tam has added 33 digs and six total blocks.
The last time out for the Lady Tigers resulted in a 0-3 record at the Wildcat Classic. SSU fell to No. 2 Texas 3-0 (25-7, 25-9, 25-9) and to New Mexico State 3-0 (25-9, 25-14, 25-13) on Friday and fell to host No. 16 Arizona 3-0 (25-12, 25-12, 25-14) on Saturday. Masoe and Lyle were named to the All-Tournament Team as Masoe led the team with 15 kills, 1.67 kills per set, and with 20 assists, 2.22 assists per set, during the tournament, while Lyle added nine kills, 1.00 kills per set. Washington added 26 digs during the tournament for an average of 2.89 digs per set.
Charleston Southern is led by Meredith Parrott with 142 kills, 2.41 kills per set, Cassidy Greer with 398 assists, 6.98 assists per set, and Ashley Higginbothem with 302 digs, 5.12 digs per set.
The Citadel is led by Moriah Smith with 205 kills, 3.60 kills per set, Rachel Keefer with 361 assists, 8.40 assists per set, and Samantha Espy with 267 digs, 4.68 digs per set.
The Lady Tigers continue its four-match homestand and open conference play this weekend as they host Bethune-Cookman on Friday at 6 p.m. and Florida A&M on Sunday at 1 p.m. at Willcox-Wiley Gym.
