Tiger Bites
· The Tigers will play their first Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) game of the 2014-15 season against N.C. A&T. It will be the 7th meeting between the two institutions. SSU leads the series 5-1.

· SSU is still vying for its first road win of the season. The Tigers are 0-10 on the road so far this season.

· Senior and the team's only four-year letterwinner, Keierre Richards returned to the lineup against Allen after suffering a knee injury that sidelined him for the last 13 games. Richards played 14 minutes, and went 2-for-5 with 6 points in his return.

· The Tigers are currently ranked 293rd in the Division I ESPN RPI rankings out of 351 schools. SSU is 6th amongst MEAC institutions with N.C. Central leading at the 84th spot. 

· Defense is the pride of any Horace Broadnax coached team. The Tigers are ranked 1st in the MEAC and 8th nationally in steals averaging 9.9 per game. SSU is also first in the conference and 14th nationally in total steals with 138.
