Tiger Bites· SSU returns home after a five-game road swing. SSU's last home game was over a month ago when the Tigers defeated Middle Georgia on Dec. 4, 2014.
· The Tigers will look to stay undefeated in Tiger Arena this season. SSU is currently 3-0 at home with wins over Winthrop, Cleveland State and Middle Georgia.
· Sixth man
Alante Fenner is the Tigers' leading scorer averaging 10.1 ppg. The sophomore from Lake Wales, Fla. has not started a single game this season, but became SSU's leading scorer after his 18-point career-high tying performance at Tulane. Fenner has had seven double digit games this season.
· The Tigers are currently ranked 290th in the Division I RPI rankings out of 351 schools. SSU is 6th amongst MEAC institutions with N.C. Central leading at the 84th spot.
· Defense is the pride of any
Horace Broadnax coached team. The Tigers are ranked 1st in the MEAC and 7th nationally in steals averaging 9.8 per game. SSU is also 2nd in the conference and 16th nationally in total steals with 128.
