· SSU is looking to snap a 2-game losing streak with a win today. The Tigers have dropped to 5th place in the MEAC standings. A win today could move SSU into the 4th place position if Morgan loses.

· The Tigers lead the series over N.C. A&T, 3-1. However, NCAT won the last meeting with a 59-57 victory in Greensboro. That game was aired live on ESPNU

· SSU is 2-0 over NCAT when playing at home in Tiger Arena.

· N.C. A&T comes into today's game 8th in the conference with a 4-6 record. The Aggies are 1-14 on the road this season and are led by Richaud Pack who is averaging 18.2 ppg and 5.6 rpg.

· SSU's Jyles Smith was named the MEAC Player of the Week (1/12) and MEAC Defensive Player of the Week (11/18); Jeremiah Hill received Newcomer of the Week honors for the week ending 1/12.
