THE GAME:
Savannah State volleyball will look to quell a four-game losing streak with a nonconference road game against local rival Georgia Southern.

SSU and Georgia Southern last met on September 15, 2012 in the Georgia Southern Tournament. The Lady Tigers fell in straight sets to the Eagles. (Read more here)

The Lady Tigers are 4-19 on the season. SSU returns home on October 24 to open the final home-stand of the season. They also return to Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play on the 24^th when they face Bethune-Cookman in Willcox-Wiley Gym.

Georgia Southern is 5-15 overall this season. Tuesday's match will be their last nonconference match for the season as they close out with nine straight Sun Belt games.
