Augusta, Ga.—SSU volleyball team swept Paine College 3-0 (25-22, 25-19, 26-24) on Thursday, November 4 in Carter gymnasium.

Lady Tigers Ashlee Butler led the game in assists with 28 along with Kaneisha Hamilton who earned a game high of 12 digs.

Offensively, SSU dominated the game recording a team total of 43 kills over PC's 33. Keandra Lewis led the team in kills registering nine for the Lady Tigers.

Lady Lion Victoria Claytor recorded the game high of 12 kills.

Savannah State volleyball team will close their 2010 season against the Lady Pirates of Armstrong State Atlantic on November 9 at 7:00 p.m. in AASU's Aquatics and Recreation Center.
