SAVANNAH, Ga. –  In their final home match of the season, Savannah State women's tennis dropped a non-conference game to Georgia College on Thursday.

Prior to the match, Savannah State celebrated Senior Day. Head Women's Tennis Coach Chuck Keenan presented Sarah Joachim, and Stella Ekwalla with their senior day portraits and praised their time at SSU. Coach Keenan also celebrated Venus Ubiebi who graduated in December.

In singles action Gabrielle Benn fell to Shing, 0-6 and 0-6 in the first court. Amarlia Benn was defeated by Young in the second court, 2-6 and 1-6.

Fleming beat Murugan in straight sets in the third court. Santoro beat Banks in the fourth court in straight sets and Morrison beat Joachim in the fifth court. Ekwalla dropped the sixth court to Chhabra, 0-6 and 0-6.
