Savannah, Ga. -- The Lady Tigers volleyball team fell to 1-3 on the season after losing 3-0 to Wofford College in Tiger Arena.

Wofford's Melissa Kearse had game highs of eight kills and eight digs, while Tara Gough finished with 18 assists, leading Wofford to 11-25, 09-25, 07-25 wins over the Lady Tigers.

SSU's Bryana Gadis continued to play strong finishing with a game high of eight digs and leading the team in kills with seven. Setter, Ashlee Butler had 10 assists and freshman Asiha Williams added seven digs to the Tigers defensive effort.

The Lady Tigers will play the Lady Aggies of North Carolina A&T on Friday, September, 3 in Greensboro, North Carolina.
